Management: How to Write Minutes of Meeting


Clearly this is not a popular technique in many companies in the middle east, but it can be very useful practice for a work group that really wants to achieve something without going deep into project management solutions, software and methodologies.

The sample below should be self-explanatory as you go through the template below. The advised usage is to assign someone to fill up one of these right after a meeting and email it to everybody. Doesn't hurt to keep the template in an MS Word file for example. Feel free to modify it to your needs, it's not written in stone.
