You want to try a new game that requires a Games for Windows profile to save progress, and using an online profile is just going to make it not work.

Side tip:
Disconnect from the internet while installing and while playing. Blocking the EXE files of the games in Windows Firewall doesn't cut it (for me at least).

- Press "Home" button when inside the game.
- Scroll down.
- Click "Create a local profile" as shown below.
